Outbound Sales Adviser (full-time)

What Will I Be Doing?

• Making calls to potential customers regarding home or motor insurance who we have previously had contact with, or people who have visited our website and left their contact details. These leads are typically warm as we do not cold call.

• Using sales techniques, objection handling and adhering to regulatory requirements in order to close sales at first contact, although customer satisfaction is paramount.

• Working within a team of 10 and receiving ongoing support, coaching and development.

What Skills and Experience Do I Need?

• Confident telephone manner and a desire to succeed is essential, long with an enthusiastic and positive approach.

What Are the Working Hours?

• Standard hours are 36.25 per week on a shift pattern.

• Shifts worked between the hours of 10am – 8pm Monday to Friday.

• Alternate Saturdays 9am – 3pm, however you will have Friday off so you still work 5 days.

How Much Can I Earn?

• Basic salary up to £15,000 (depending on experience).

• Dial out allowance of £1200 per annum for all Outbound Advisers.

• Uncapped earnings. Bonus is paid on every sale made and we have additional add-on’s to policies which all carry a commission.

• Elite League rewards our top 25% of Sales Advisers an extra £200 each month (entry is eligible after passing 6 months orientation period).

• Team nights out and additional team incentives from spa and high street vouchers, plasma TV’s and holidays.

What Training Will I Get?

• An initial 2 week induction of intensive training on our products, systems and sales techniques, followed by a week in our “Model Office” where you practice what you’ve learnt before joining your team.

• Ongoing support from both your Trainer and your Team Manager throughout the training period.

• Continued feedback and coaching once you join your team in order to help you settle confidently into your new role.

• Development plans to assist you in your desired career path within Castle Cover.

Qualifications?

• Commitment to provide career routes and support those who wish to gain further qualifications.

• Currently offer a BTEC route designed for customer contact operations such as ours.

• Assistance with fees for relevant BTEC courses.
