GCSE Equivalent
Completed during 2 week induction
Multiple choice exam
BTEC Level 2 - Contact Centre Skills,
GCSE Equivalent
Adviser must have 3 months service
Takes 3 months to study
BTEC 3- Contact Centre Supervisory Skills
A, Level Equivalent
Adviser must have 9 months service
Takes 6 months to study
BTEC Level 4-Contact centre Management
Degree Equivalent,
Adviser must have 18 months service
Takes 1yr/18 months
Assessed by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN)
Home Inbound & Home Outbound inductions:
