We take our responsibility to train and develop our employees very seriously.

Everybody who joins us will go through a comprehensive induction training programme. For people in our sales and customer service areas we support everyone through our Training and Competency Scheme.

Put simply, this means that everyone is trained to the highest standard so that they are competent to carry out their role not only correctly but successfully. After passing through our comprehensive induction, trainees join their new teams and managers with a development plan. Regular meetings are held with managers, at which training and development needs are constantly updated and actioned.

As a key element of our Performance Management Process, everyone in the Company has a development plan that is actioned as appropriate through coaching, internal or external training interventions.

Sponsored Study

Castle Cover will sponsor employees to undertake courses of study that directly relate to their work and result in recognised professional qualifications, such as the CIPD, CIMA, ACCA or CIM.

Unrivalled Support

We also provide support for employees who wish to supplement the usual on the job training by studying for nationally recognised BTEC qualifications at varying levels or the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) qualifications.
